Melanie Holscher

As cancer patients, we understand scanxiety and worrying about recurrence. Today's guest, Donna Beers, has had a major diagnosis of illness every decade of her life since her 20s. She has a message of hope and she opens up about how she leans on her faith. Even after her triple negative breast cancer diagnosis, she shares, "It hasn't been that bad."

Donna and host, Melanie Holscher, talk about faith, fear, and how to live life to the fullest. Join Donna's FaceBook group: Are You Kidding Me God?? Cancer Again??!!!

My faith is part of my identity, so I had to include it. Personally, I stand up unapologetically and unashamed in my decision to follow Jesus Christ. Everybody makes a choice about God and I respect everybody's decision. Things get real for cancer patients so we tend to think and talk more about our faith. I always tell my kids, "Your life is a reflection of the decisions you make." My fervent prayer is that my life is a reflection of the decision I made for Christ.

Please share this podcast with a cancer fighter you love. We are creating a movement helping cancer fighters strengthen their mindset for the battle.
